Pete arrived in Canada from Australia for a six month visit in 1980. Now a grandfather, he lives on a 40 acre land and housing co-operative where much of the property is forested with small clearings with a, somewhat under cared for orchard whose trees are about 80 years old. He is a gardener, mariner and alternative health care provider interested in social justice, diversity, local food production and distribution, and sustainability.
